CSB760 - Freescale MCF5329 SODIMM System On a Module (SOM)

The CSB760 Single Board Computer is a highly integrated, SODIMM SOM that features a 240Mhz Coldfire V3
based MCF5329 with On-Chip LCD I/F, 10/100 Ethernet, USB Device, USB Host, I2S Audio I/F, Three UARTS,
Queued SPI and CAN 2.0B.

Video Capture None (Pins used for Embedded Trace Port)
Serial (UART) Debug RS232 x 1 (2-wire), plus two 4-wire TTL UARTS
Serial (other) I2C, QSPI with 3 Chip Selects (one used for 1-Bit SD/MMC Interface) and SSI
Silicon ID Unique ID via Electronic Serial Number (ESN) in Spansion S29GL512N Flash
Ethernet On-Chip 10/100 Ethernet Controller with Low Power LAN8700 PHY
Real Time Clock DS1339 RTC with External Battery Input
